Parole board blocks hitman Charles Gagne’s bid to be home for the holidays. He killed boxer/ Cotroni bodyguard Eddie Melo for money and underworld prestige. He killed Melo’s friend Jaoa (Johnny) Pavao to get rid of a witness.
