Tow truck operator denies reponsibility in shooting death of 19-year-old
A GTA tow truck operator has denied all responsibility after Peter Petrov Simov, a 19-year-old security guard and aspiring pilot, wasshot to death with illegal handgun. The tow truck operator’s also facing unrelated criminal charges related to towing industry.
