Death penalty possible for Toronto man facing gang murder and kidnapping charges

Deshawn (Thorobread) Davis, 36, of Toronto was arrested Monday in a small California town by U.S. Marshals. Now he has to wait to see where he goes next. Florida wants him on charges of murdering a rapper while Canada wants him for the kidnapping and presumed murder of an Ontario woman. The Florida charges carry a possible death penalty.
