Man arrested for woman’s kidnapping and Florida rapper’s murder
U.S. Marshals say they’ve picked up Deshawn (Thorobread) Davis for the kidnapping of Elnaz Hajtamiri in 2022 and the shooting death of Florida rapper Lowell (Lo) Grissom last year. Hajtamiri hasn’t been seen since.
