Hitman who murdered boxer Eddie Melo gains parole

Charles Gagne finally gains parole for murder-for-hire of GTA boxing champion, Eddie (Hurricane) Melo in 2001. Gagne also shot Melo’s friend, Joao (Johnny) Pavao to death, simply because he was in the wrong place at the wrong time.
