Hitman in Eddie Melo murder denied unescorted GTA pass

Charles Gagner, who murdered boxer Eddie Melo and his friend Johnny Pavao for $50,000, was turned down in bid to have unescorted day passes in the GTA, where much of his victims’ families live. Gagne earlier told the board that he has given up on organized crime and wants to be a homebody instead.
