London, Ont. police probe targeted killing of man suspected of being Liberian war criminal

Four men burst into the London, Ont. home where Toronto man Bill Horace was sleeping early Sunday morning. Shortly afterwards, he was dead of a gunshot wound. African media reports say Horace was a general under convicted war criminal Charles Taylor.
