Veteran Toronto cop charged with tow truck corruption

Organized crime charges were laid against a veteran Toronto cop and 10 others in Toronto police crackdown on towing industry. It started as a look into how tow truck drivers ended up with encrypted Toronto police radios. The business has been hit with murders, arsons, assaults and massive fraud.
