A provincial civil servant has been suspended after he was among 28 people – including three Hells Angels – who were charged in what police call a multi-million-dollar illegal gambling bust with links to York Region mobsters.

There’s a tow truck war underway in the GTA, amidst calls for the province to step in and set some standards. Bullets and arsons are chasing some honest drivers out of the business and discouraging others from entering business.

Ontario Hells Angels Rob Barletta, Gino Reda and Craig (Truck) McIlquham busted as police and CRA bust five gambling websites. Niagara Region HA Michael (Diaz) Deabaitua-Schulde was a target of investigation too, but he was shot dead during the two-year operation.

Parole board blocks hitman Charles Gagne’s bid to be home for the holidays. He killed boxer/ Cotroni bodyguard Eddie Melo for  money and underworld prestige. He killed Melo’s friend Jaoa (Johnny) Pavao to get rid of a witness.

There are two Wayne Kellestines in  London, Ont. area and they’re related and both have criminal records. The one who briefly went missing last week isn’t the mass murdering Wayne Kellestine.  

  Antonio (Tony Scratch) Fiorda was so nasty he once took a bull mastiff from a debtor who fell behind in his payments. He also scooped up a painting from the debtor’s wall  of a Russian naval scene. The dog was never returned. I don’t think the painting was either. Scratch was shot dead on…

Charles Gagne was on a pass from a halfway house when he murdered boxer Eddie Melo and his friend Jaoa (Johnny) Pavao for money in 2001. Now Gagne has more passes and Melo’s daughter is outraged.
