Hitman Charles Gagne says he’s a changed man since he murdered boxer Eddie Melo and his friend Johnny Pavao 20 years ago. Melo’s family hopes so, as Gagne has been granted 60 days unescorted leave in the GTA. Here’s interview on story with CFRB 1010 Radio.
