A Quebec man who was charged with multiple fraud-related offences a decade ago is one of the two Canadians whose throats were cut this week in Playa del Carmen, Mexico.  

Police haven’t released the name of the man whose throat was cut in Playa del Carmen early Monday morning, along with a female companion. He had three identities, Mexican authorities say.

Indian police have made eight arrests in murder of GTA-linked rapper/ politican Sidhu Moose Wala, but are still looking for the gunmen. The latest arrests include someone who posed for a selfie with Moose Wala minutes before he was shot dead on May 29.
