Joseph Pallotta, a Montreal man who was considered armed and dangerous, turned himself in to Montreal police for the murder of Michael (Diaz) Deabaitua-Schulde of the Niagara Hells Angels charter last Monday.

The RCMP feared that the Mafia and Hells Angels would take advantage of changing Canadian laws and move into medical cannabis business. An internal intelligence report also warned of Mexican cocaine cartels moving into resource field, including iron ore business.
