RCMP worried that Mafia and Hells Angels would moved into medical cannabis: internal report

The RCMP feared that the Mafia and Hells Angels would take advantage of changing Canadian laws and move into medical cannabis business. An internal intelligence report also warned of Mexican cocaine cartels moving into resource field, including iron ore business.
